Position: Real Estate Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and provide information on available properties.
- Conduct property tours and presentations.
- Manage and update client information using CRM systems.
- Work on leads to identify potential buyers and sellers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Assist clients throughout the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in both English and Urdu.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in real estate sales.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Preferred: Residents of Bahria Town Karachi (BTK).
